Setup & Stay

This is a unique hire option to cater for those of you wanting to experience all the joys of caravanning/camping but perhaps do not have the time or inclination to participate in the preparation, tow, travel and set-up of a caravan or camper. This is caravanning made super easy.

Take advantage of this fantastic, hassle free service where the van of your choice is delivered on site and set up/ packed down for you. If your vehicles specifications are not sufficient to tow the van you would like to holiday in – No problem!  This service is for you! No confidence to tow the van? Or just running low on time? – Allow the HiP team to do all the hard work for you and all that is left is to enjoy your well-earned get away.

This amazing service includes taking care of all of your set up and pack up requirements:

• The van of your choice delivered onto your booked site. 
• Awning set rolled out for you, (Annex set up is available at additional fee)
• Rubber matting rolled out for you on slab
• 240V Power connected to the van (where applicable)
• Pop top roof set up (on applicable vans)
• Waste water and mains water hoses connected
• TV ariels tuned into local channels
• Gas bottles turned on
• Bed ends expanded – (on Expanda Models only)

*If the toilet has been used during the hire it is required to be emptied prior to the pack up service or an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
